Creative Visualisation
Forming detailed positive mental images around a desired direction, popularised by Shakti Gawain's self-help work.

- Purpose
Creative Visualisation is the name popularised by Shakti Gawain for forming detailed, positive mental images around a desired direction. It moved visualisation from specialist performance settings into mainstream self-help, where it is often paired with affirmations and manifestation language.
It is not a way to command reality through a picture in the mind. An image can clarify desire, make a possibility emotionally legible, or help someone rehearse an action, but it cannot promise a job, a body, a relationship, or an outcome outside the person's control.
Omzoe regards visualisation as a tool for attention and rehearsal. A useful scene names a direction and makes room for the actions, constraints, and uncertainty that a real attempt will involve.
