The Laboratory · Free tools

Instruments for practice, in your browser.

Thirteen standalone tools across sound, breath and body, and focus. Each is described by what it physically does — the acoustics, the timing, the geometry — rather than by what it promises, and none needs an account to begin.

Twelve run entirely on your device, with nothing uploaded. The one exception, the subliminal audio creator, renders your own voice on our servers, placed a measured distance under the masking sound.

Two audio creators, comparedBinaural beats or subliminal audio?

The two audio creators are the ones most often confused. Both are free to explore — choose by your medium, listening context and session format.

Our standards

Our craft principles

Wellness tools routinely lean on exaggerated claims and unmeasurable promises. Every instrument here is built by three strict standards:

01

Descriptive, Not Prescriptive

We name presets, protocols and frequency bands by what they physically are — the hertz value, the timing, the geometry. We describe the mechanism directly, offering no ungrounded claims or speculative outcomes.

02

The Measured Masking Rule

The subliminal creator places your voice a measured distance under the masking sound — a whisper you cannot make out, or fully under it — and checks that distance across the whole track. We describe the mix, and claim nothing about what it does to you.

03

Client-Side Privacy by Default

Whatever the in-browser tools make — audio, drawings, plans, notes — never leaves your machine. Microphone recordings uploaded to the subliminal pipeline are processed strictly for your file and permanently deleted after seven days if unclaimed.

Questions & answers

Frequently asked questions

Why are these tools free?

Twelve of the thirteen run entirely in your browser, so they cost us no server compute to offer. The subliminal audio creator allows free guest creation so anyone can hear the craft quality before considering full Omzoe Immersions.

Is anything I type, draw or record stored?

The in-browser tools hold their working state in your browser’s memory, and the Eisenhower matrix saves to your browser’s local storage so your list survives a refresh. None of it is sent to us. Only the subliminal creator uploads anything — the recording you choose to render.

Do the breath and body tools replace medical or psychological care?

No. They are timed, guided practice sequences, not treatment. If you have a cardiovascular, respiratory or seizure condition, are pregnant, or are working with a clinician, check with them first — and stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness or distress.

Do I really need headphones for binaural beats?

Yes. A binaural beat is created when the left and right ears receive slightly different pure frequencies, and the brain integrates them. On open speakers, the soundwaves mix in the room air before reaching you, removing the binaural phenomenon. If listening on speakers, choose Isochronic mode instead.

Can I import the downloaded WAV files into my own music player?

Yes. The files exported are standard uncompressed 44.1 kHz stereo WAV files with no DRM or proprietary encoding. They play in any music player, phone, or digital audio workstation.

Are there any medical safety precautions?

Individuals with epilepsy or seizure disorders should avoid rhythmic audio stimulation without prior medical guidance. Additionally, never listen to rhythmic audio stimulation while driving or operating machinery.
