OMZOE

Terms of use

The agreement, in plain words

Last updated 29 August 2026

These terms cover this website and the waitlist. They do not yet cover the Omzoe product, because you cannot yet buy or use it; a fuller set will arrive alongside accounts and subscriptions, and you will be asked to agree to those separately rather than have them applied to you retroactively.

We have tried to write them the way we write everything else here. If a clause reads like it is hiding something, that is a bug — tell us.

Who you are agreeing with

Omzoe is operated by SAGE GRIDS LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 16003773, at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that company, and “you” means the person reading the page.

You can reach us at support@sagegrids.com.

What you are agreeing to

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not, the remedy is simple and complete: close the page. Nothing has been collected from you by reading it.

You agree not to misuse the site — no attempting to break into it, no automated scraping of the signup form, no submitting an address that is not yours, and nothing unlawful.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist costs nothing, takes no payment details, and creates no account. It is a request to be told when Omzoe opens, and it commits neither of us to anything more.

It is not a reservation and not a queue position. We do not promise that you will be offered access, that access will arrive by any particular date, or on any particular terms. We do not guarantee that Omzoe will launch at all — this is a product being built, and saying otherwise would be the first dishonest thing on the site.

Sign up only with an address that is yours to give. You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

What Omzoe is, and what it is not

This section describes the product being built. It is here now, before anyone can buy anything, because these limits are not marketing small print — they are the terms on which the thing is designed, and they will not be relaxed later.

  • The Omzoe Mirror is a self-reflection instrument. It is not a validated psychometric. We publish no reliability or validity figures, and we will publish none until we have measured internal consistency and test–retest stability against real data. Anyone telling you it has been measured is ahead of the evidence.
  • The Mirror is never permitted for hiring, selection, clinical, diagnostic or research purposes. Not by us, and not by you. If you are considering it for assessing employees, candidates, patients or research subjects, the answer is no, and no future version of these terms will make it yes.
  • The Mirror assigns no type. Every dimension is a spectrum with two legitimate ends and a snapshot date. A reading tells you where you are now, not what you are.
  • Omzoe is not a medical device, and it is not healthcare. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any condition, whether physical or psychological, and nothing it produces should be read as a clinical opinion.
  • Omzoe is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, medical advice or crisis support, and it is not psychotherapy. If you are struggling, please talk to a doctor or a qualified professional. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services — in the UK, call 999, or Samaritans free on 116 123, at any hour.
  • Omzoe makes no promise about outcomes. It is built on evidence-informed exercises, and the components have research behind them, but our particular formulas are designs rather than tested protocols, and we present them that way. What we can describe honestly is the practice; what happens in your life is not ours to promise.

What belongs to whom

The site, its text, its design, the Omzoe name and the instruments behind it are ours or our licensors’. You may read the site, and link to it, and quote it fairly. You may not copy it wholesale, resell it, or pass it off as your own.

When accounts open, what you write stays yours. We will need a narrow licence to store it and to generate your own material from it, and nothing beyond that. Your words will not become ours.

The site is provided as it is

This is a pre-launch site describing a product under construction. Details will change. We make no promise that it will be available without interruption, that it is free of errors, or that anything described here will ship in the form described.

To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of this site. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer under the law of your country. Where those rights conflict with anything written here, those rights win.

Changes, and the law that applies

We may update these terms as the product takes shape. The date at the top changes when we do, and material changes to anything affecting the waitlist will be sent by email rather than left to be discovered.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.

Your data

How we handle your email address, what we deliberately do not collect, and how to have it deleted is set out in the privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.
