Care, attention, and honest limits

Last updated 12 October 2026

Omzoe is an autonomous self-reflection and contemplative self-help platform. It is designed to help you clarify what matters to you, discern your calling, and cultivate daily habits of deliberate, focused attention.

We write our disclaimers with the same dignity and transparency we bring to our code and audio. These are the principles on which the product is designed.

A tool for self-direction, not clinical care

Omzoe is not a medical device, psychiatric clinic, psychotherapy service, or healthcare provider. Omzoe does not diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any condition, whether physical or psychological, and nothing here constitutes medical advice or clinical care.

If you are experiencing depression, trauma, acute anxiety, or psychological distress, please seek the support of a licensed medical or mental health professional.

On speaking to a desired reality

Throughout Omzoe’s guided meditations, affirmations, audio tracks, and daily practice cards, you will encounter language written in the present tense — speaking of a desired reality, inner clarity, courage, or calm as already living and unfolding.

These statements are contemplative exercises designed solely to guide human attention. They are not guarantees of any outcome, and they make no supernatural promises.

Contemplative traditions and cognitive science share an ancient insight: human attention is generative. What you repeatedly attend to shapes what you notice in your daily environment, what choices you rehearse, and where you invest your energy. We design the architecture, the rhythm, and the quiet space; your life and lived practice remain entirely your own.

The nature of the Mirror

The Omzoe Mirror is an honest self-reflection instrument across 24 human spectra, not a validated psychometric. It assigns no permanent type or fixed label, and it is not for hiring, clinical or research use.

Every dimension is a spectrum with two legitimate poles and a snapshot date. It simply describes where you stand today, so you can choose where to walk tomorrow.

Emergency and crisis support

Omzoe is not a substitute for crisis intervention. If you are in immediate distress or danger, please contact your local emergency services or a confidential helpline.

In the US and Canada, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. In the UK, call 999 for emergency services, or call Samaritans free on 116 123 at any hour.
