Implementation Intention
A plan that connects a specific situation to a chosen response: when this happens, I will do that.

An implementation intention is an if-then plan: if a named situation occurs, then I will take a named action. Instead of leaving a decision to the moment when attention is divided, the plan links a likely cue with one response in advance.
It is not a substitute for resources, rest, skill, or permission to revise a plan that no longer fits. The method can make a next step easier to notice, but it cannot guarantee follow-through or make every barrier disappear. An if-then sentence is useful only when it describes a situation the person can recognise and an action they can actually take.
Omzoe can use this form inside an aim when a practice needs a clear cue. The cue belongs to the user's life, and the action stays modest enough to be tried, observed, and adjusted.
