Journaling is the practice of writing down what happened, what is being felt, or what is hard to decide. A page makes an internal stream visible long enough to notice its repetitions, its omissions, and the language it uses to tell a story about a day.
It is not a record that has to be beautiful, complete, or shared. Nor is a journal a replacement for professional support when someone needs care beyond private reflection. Writing can clarify a thought without settling whether the thought is true or what should be done next.
Omzoe uses short writing prompts as one form of practice. The aim is not to produce the right answer; it is to give the user material they can notice, question, and carry into a more deliberate next action.
