Practice Card

One small, ordered unit of practice for a day, designed to move an active aim forward without grading the person.

A Practice Card is one day's bounded invitation inside an active aim. It gives a practice a shape, an order, and a reason for appearing on that day rather than as another item in an endless list. Across an aim, cards let reflection, rehearsal, and action build on one another.

It is not a streak score, a diagnosis, or proof of character. Missing a day says something about the day, not about the worth of the person who missed it. A card should be small enough to meet an ordinary life and concrete enough that the user can tell what the invitation is.

Omzoe uses thirty-two completed practice days for an aim. Cards cite defined techniques and approved assets where relevant, so a daily prompt is part of a coherent practice rather than a fresh, unsupported claim.
