Becoming your ideal self

Your ideal self isn’t one leap. It’s three or four aims, in an order.

Start from how you operate today. The Omzoe Mirror describes it in 72 statements, your Reading names where that and what you’re for pull apart, and you work one 32-day aim at a time. Free, and no account to begin.

Why the ideal stays ideal

If you have an ideal self in mind, the picture is rarely what’s missing. What’s missing is the first step, and a reason for the one after it.

  • A vision board with no Monday

It shows where you want to be and says nothing about an ordinary weekday. A picture of the end has no first step in it.

  • A 30-day challenge that ends in week two

A streak counts unbroken days, so one missed day sends it back to zero. The structure ends the attempt. You didn’t fail it.

  • A finished book back on the shelf

A good book gives you twenty ideas and no order to try them in. A big library has no path through it, so the ideas stay on the page.

How it works

Start from where you are, then choose what comes first

The Mirror describes where you are. The Ikigai Exercise puts what you’re for into your own words. Your Reading names the gap between the two, and your Aim Path puts what comes first in order. All of that is free; the practice for your first aim comes after.

  1. Today

The Omzoe Mirror: 72 statements in six short blocks, about nine minutes, and you can stop and come back. It assigns no type. Each of its 24 dimensions is a spectrum, and the result is a snapshot of now.

  2. The gap

Add the Ikigai Exercise, about 20 minutes in your own words, and with an account your Reading names where what you’re for and how you operate pull apart, and what that costs. Tendencies, not faults. Each sentence points to a score or to something you wrote.

  3. What first

Your Aim Path: three or four aims in an order, each with its reason under Why here. Reorder it if you disagree. Then you work one aim at a time, for 32 completed days each.

After the Compass

32 completed days, not 32 in a row

This is how the practice after the free Compass works. Each aim runs for 32 completed practice days, not 32 in a row. Progress counts the days you complete, not a streak, so a missed day never resets it.

You have 60 calendar days to complete 32. If you haven’t by then, the aim pauses and asks you to re-commit to it or re-scope it. A typical day is four to seven minutes of cards.

We cannot promise you will keep going. We can make a bad week cost you only the day.

Before you take the Mirror

Is this a personality test?
Not one that gives you a type. The Mirror assigns none: each of its 24 dimensions is a spectrum with two legitimate ends, and the result is a snapshot of where you are now. It is a self-reflection instrument, not a validated psychometric. Never for hiring, clinical or research use.
Isn’t this a horoscope with extra steps?
That’s the right test to hold it to. Each sentence in your Reading has to point to a score or to something you wrote, and a generic line that would be true of anyone fails the check. Open the evidence under any claim and judge for yourself whether it fits.
Does an AI decide who I should become?
No. Mirror scoring runs no model, and the same answers always give the same scores. The Reading proposes from your scores and your own words, and the Aim Path is a proposal with its reasons written down. You can reorder it.
What does it cost?
The Compass stays free. What you pay for is the practice built for your first aim. The free Compass is the Mirror, the Ikigai Exercise, your Compass Reading and your Aim Path.
Do I need an account?
Not to begin. You need one to see your Reading and keep it, and that is the only time we ask. Until then your answers are tied to this browser, and deleted seven days after you start if you never create an account.
What happens to my answers?
They are never sold or shared, and Omzoe never trains a model on them. On the free plan, the AI providers that write your Reading may use what is sent to them to improve their models; the paid plan uses only provider plans that never do.
