Calling Statement

A provisional sentence naming the contribution you want your work and life to make, in words you can revise.

  • Purpose
  • Identity

A Calling Statement is a concise account of the contribution you want to make and the people or work it is meant to serve. In Omzoe, it is not found by a test or delivered as a verdict. It is assembled from the language you have accepted in the four Ikigai quadrants, then offered back as three possible sentences.

That makes it different from a job title, a personality label, or a demand to discover one permanent purpose. A statement can be too broad, too borrowed, or simply wrong for this season. Its value is that it gives you something specific enough to question, edit, and use when choosing between competing directions.

Omzoe keeps the proposal visible rather than hiding its origins. You select and revise a candidate before it can guide an Aim Path, so the sentence remains yours rather than the system's claim about you.
